• Failure to show or cancel your booking less than 24hrs in advance will result in a mandatory 50% booking fee on your first no show. This cannot be redeemed / taken off of your next booking. Please understand that your slot would have gone to somebody else, once I have confirmed your booking it is solely up to you to remember your booking.

• Failure to show or cancel more than once will result in your next appointment being paid for upfront and will be non-refundable.

• The dog is fit, healthy and all vaccinations are up to date. Grooming of sick and elderly dogs is done so at owners wise. If your dog’s health causes concern while in our care you agree to us seeking veterinary advise at your expense.

 

• I agree that the groomer will not be held responsible for the standard of grooming mishaps that may occur while grooming dogs with behavioural problems.

 

• I agree that the groomer may not be held liable to any underlying skin or health problems that grooming expose.

 

• I understand that is my pet needs extra time spent on him/her due to de-matting or their behaviour there will be an extra charge for this.

 

• I understand that if my dogs coat is matted, the groomer may have to save their coat due to the Animal Welfare Act. If this is to occur the pet may take a few days to adjust to his new coat. I understand when shaving my dogs coat there is a risk of cutting the dog. I give permission to shave off my dog is matted coat. (Additional permission will always be attempted to be given at the time of appointment.) Additional cost of 15.00 on top of normal grooming price will apply.

 

• I agree to my dogs picture being taken for social media and website use. (No names will be used). You are more than welcome to opt out of this.

 

• I agree to my contact details being stored to enable the groomer to contact me by email, mail, telephone or text. For example; for booking confirmations, emergencies, reminders etc.

 

• Any data stored will not be shared to any other person or business except by law.

 

• I understand these terms and conditions may change at any time.
